Guest Composer at the 2023 New Music Miami ISCM Music Festival. UPON WINGS OF WORDS, Emily Dickinson Settings for soprano and string quartet performed by the Amernet with Mezzo-Soprano soloist Rachel Calloway in the FIU Wolfsonian Museum on Miami, Florida. This is the world premiere of the Mezzo-Soprano version.

WORLD PREMIERE of GWENDOLYN BROOKS SETTINGS for Treble Chorus and Orchestra. Text by Gwendolyn Brooks. World premiere by Anima – Glen Ellyn Children’s Chorus and the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra, Stilian Kirov, conducting, Charles Sundquist, Chorus, Director. This commission and associated activities are partially supported by a 2019 grant from the Illinois Arts Council Agency and Illinois Humanities.

World Premiere of TOWARD A SECRET SKY, Poems on Love by Rūmī for light lyric soprano, SATB chorus and orchestra. Commissioned and premiered by the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir, Dr. Eric Stark, Artistic Director who will be conducting the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra in the Hilbert Circle Theatre in downtown Indianapolis on Monument Circle.

Prayer Bells, for orchestra. Performed by the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Robert Trevino at two locations: Music Center at Strathmore, Bethesda, MD, and Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall, Baltimore, MD

MARCH 8-17, 2024
DANCE FOLDINGS for orchestra performed by the Orchestre national d’Ile de France conducted by Alevtina Loffe. Orchestra is touring concerts from March 8 to March 17 including a performance at the Philharmonie de Paris on Tuesday March 12 at 20H00.
